Been ordering for Vitacost for several years. Always happy.

I find Vitacost to be the best of the online vitamin stores. They have the largest selection of the things I consistently buy and their shipping is super fast. I've never paid for shipping because my orders are always over the free shipping threshold. Only once have I received the wrong item and it was handled easily through their online system. They did not require that I ship the wrong item back and they promptly shipped out a replacement. I have never had a need to call or avail myself of their customer service beyond this one issue and it was handled promptly and to my satisfaction. I couldn't ask for anything better.

Order never ships or has any update.

After ordering I have been waiting for my order to ship. Still waiting after one week. You also can not speak or text to anyone. They may have turned off the lights and left. Very bad experience and my order may never ship.

Great selection and prices; no faults with service

I'm a big fan of Tazo Zen tea, which isn't widely available in the UK. I used to purchase it via iHerb, but they stopped stocking it. Vitacost was the only other stockist I could find that shipped to the UK, so I gave them a shot and was not disappointed. The cost was comparable to iHerb, if not slightly better, and delivery was comparatively quick (a couple of weeks, but that was expected). I would definitely shop with them again.

Never received item.

I ordered blood pressure medicine from them they sent me a tracking number for it, but everytime I checked all it said was shipping label created usps awaiting item. It stayed like that for 2 weeks I then requested a replacement order and they gave me a new tracking number. That one said the same thing for 4 days before I finely asked for a refund. Now I have to wait another 1 to 3 days to find out if they are going to approve it. I did receive a refund, so I am amending my to 2 stars.

Vitacost Fails to Deliver

I have been a Vitacost customer for years, because of their prices (with sales) and quick delivery.
Recently, however, I've experienced a series of mishaps... broken bottles, website not taking discount off, and the customer service I've received has been abysmal.
I wonder if it's changed ownership/management?
I will turn to Amazon, and other sources, it's become a terrible experience shopping with Vitacost.

Worst, rudest customer service.

Jessica and Nyoka in their customer service department are the absolute worst. Our family has been shopping with them for a dozen years, spending thousands as repeat customers. An order recently arrived damaged and they wouldn't send us replacements, stating that we need to contact UPS. Dealing with Jessica and Nyoka was the most unpleasant experience ever. They give zero effort to customer service. What a way to treat a loyal customer. Will never shop with them again, and I urge everyone to stay away by a mile.

Exceptional shipping and customer service!

I have ordered many, many times from Vitacost and have been very happy every time. I have always received my order within 2 days, if there was a product I was not happy with, they refunded it immediatley with no fuss or questions asked, my order was accidently delivered somewhere else by Fed Ex and Vitacost re-sent it without charging me. I find their customer service to be exceptional and their prices to be great. I order all my vitamins, aromatherapy, rosewater spray and serums from here. I usually order about once a month. I will continue to order from them.

I never received my package and vitacost don't care

I got scammed big time by this website. It was my first and last purchase with them. I purchased omega 3 supplement that never arrived to me so I contacted their customer service several times, but they say they are not responsible and not willing to issue a refund. I tried to write a complaint to BBB, but they still didn't care and never agreed to issue a refund. My money is gone now.

Hit or Miss game with Vitacost

One day they ship your order fast and receive all good. Next time you have issues with their system and their customer service. My order disappeared from my account, by chat they did not have an answer, redirected me to call. By phone, the asian (?) guy said in a mean tone, he did not know what happened and there is no help for that. Cross fingers when ordering, it may be a hit...who knows

Avoid

Avoid, go to iherb its better these guys are jist Terrible, they just cancel your order if it had a discount without checking with you or informing you.

Good price and delivered on time

I didn't have any issue or delay for my $60+ order. However the company has a shady marketing strategy to offer you the free delivery.
Some of the shampoo I bought were not closed properly but that was okay for the price I paid, the packaging was good.
Im also surprised for the bad reviews, I guess I was a lucky one

Vitacost is to AVOID !!

Vitacost is to AVOID !!
I have purchased 200USD from Vitacost on 20-Jan-2020. Till now I did not receive the items. Vitacost feedback is that the items are going to return back to Vitacost store then they will check how to proceed. Their response is slow and not professional.
